La mode c’est aussi de l’art et de la culture. Le Grand Palais, à Paris, a été le cadre mardi soir d’une fête extravagante à l’occasion de la présentation de la collection dessinée par Sonia Rykiel pour H&M, le géant suédois de l’habillement.
Plus de 2 000 invités, dont le couturier Jean-Paul Gaultier, le top-model Eva Herzigova et la comédienne Emmanuelle Béart ont été accueillis sous la verrière du Grand Palais, où un Paris miniature avec bien sûr Saint-Germain-des-Prés, quartier fétiche de Sonia Rykiel, avait été transposé dans l’univers d’Alice au pays des merveilles.

Le journaliste reproche au documentaire «La domination masculine», de Patrick Jean, de le diffamer.
Le journaliste du FIGARO et polémiste Eric Zemmour, qui anime notamment l’émission « On n’est pas couché » sur France 2, a envoyé au producteur de cinéma Elzévir Films «une sommation d’huissier exigeant la cessation d’exploitation immédiate» du documentaire La domination masculine, estimant que ses propos, repris dans un extrait d’interview, ont été «déformés».

With U.S. President Barack Obama’s announcement of his strategy in Afghanistan, the U.S.-jihadist war has entered a new phase. With its allies, the United States has decided to increase its focus on the Afghan war while continuing to withdraw from Iraq. Along with focusing on Afghanistan, it follows that there will be increased Western attention on Pakistan. Meanwhile, the question of what to do with Iran remains open, and is in turn linked to U.S.-Israeli relations.

In an indictment handed down Nov. 20, the U.S. Federal District Court for the Northern District of Illinois accused 15 individuals of being involved in the trafficking of cocaine and other narcotics in the Chicago area. The 15 were arrested in a nationwide counter-narcotics operation led by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) dubbed “Project Coronado,” which was aimed at dismantling the drug trafficking network of La Familia Michoacana (LFM), a mid-sized and relatively new drug cartel based in Michoacan state in southwestern Mexico.
